A Booking Deposit of $300.00 is required to hold dates after two weeks of making the booking.
A $1,000 refundable damage deposit along with the rental fee, the cost for services and equipment to be used are due on signing the contract. The Booking Deposit will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled event.
FCH BLACKOUT DAYS
Days that are within a Performance Booking Period, but are not being used by the client shall be charged out at
$500 per day, unless the Venue is available to another client on these days.
INSURANCE
Public Liability Insurance to the value of $250,000.00 for the Frank Collymore Hall.
